Executive directors, education directors and other key administrators of arts education, cultural and service organizations, and teaching artists, among others, are invited to participate in a day dedicated to proactive creative thinking and collaboration!
Listen, learn from, share and discuss with your colleagues in the field about organizational mergers, shared staffing and shared space and material resources among many possible ideas. YOU and other participants determine the breakout topics in a World Café and then Open Meeting Format. The goal is for each attendee to leave with at least one new idea, resource and/or collaboration to bring back to their organization.
This session is FREE (Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided)
Many thanks to Grounds for Sculpture for graciously hosting this event.
